The steps

A 15-minute call
We learn your market, how calls come in today, and what a typical job is worth. If your trade in your city is still open, we move to onboarding. If it isn't, we tell you.

Onboarding
You fill out a short intake. We hold your trade + city so we won't take on a competitor, get added as managers on your Google and Meta accounts, and build everything in your name.

Foundation first
Your Google Business Profile, listings, call tracking, review requests and a landing page. This organic work is yours to keep, whether you stay or not.

Ads go live
Google Local Services Ads and Search ads (plus Facebook and Instagram on Scale), staged in your own accounts for you to review. Software watches the numbers daily; a real person owns the strategy and fixes problems.

Regular reviews
A review call every other month on Growth, every month on Scale. We walk through the calls, leads and cost per lead, what worked and what didn't, and adjust. Your dashboard shows it all in between.
What we don’t do
Honesty up front. None of this is in any plan:
- ×Take payments from your customers — invoicing and collections stay with you.
- ×Perform any licensed work — you're the licensed business.
- ×Decide your pricing, warranty or service scope — that's your call.
- ×Mark up your ad spend — you pay Google and Meta directly.
- ×Promise rankings or a number of leads — nobody honest can.
On exclusivity: we won’t work for a competing business in your trade and city while you’re a client. Leads from Google’s ads can still go to other advertisers on the page; what’s exclusive is us.
